Il servizio Temposy (app mobile e sito) è fornito da Edoardo Marceddu, email support@temposy.com. Usando Temposy accetti questi termini. Se non li accetti, non usare il servizio.

02 Il servizio

Temposy è una piattaforma per scoprire eventi e momenti, prenotare e acquistare biglietti, comunicare con altri utenti e condividere contenuti. Alcune funzionalità sono offerte da pagine business gestite da organizzatori terzi ("Organizzatori").

03 Account

• Età minima: 16 anni.
• Devi fornire dati veritieri e mantenere riservate le credenziali; sei responsabile dell'attività del tuo account.
• Puoi eliminare l'account in autonomia da Impostazioni → Account → Elimina account. L'eliminazione è irreversibile.

04 Contenuti degli utenti e regole di condotta

• Pubblicando contenuti (post, foto, storie, messaggi, recensioni) ci concedi una licenza non esclusiva, gratuita e mondiale a ospitarli e mostrarli nell'ambito del servizio. I contenuti restano tuoi.
• Tolleranza zero verso contenuti o comportamenti illeciti, offensivi, molesti, discriminatori, sessualmente espliciti, violenti o che violino diritti altrui. Non è consentito spam, impersonificazione, raccolta di dati altrui o uso di sistemi automatici abusivi.
• Strumenti a disposizione: segnalazione di ogni contenuto o chat, blocco degli utenti, supporto in-app. Le segnalazioni sono gestite dal nostro team di moderazione, che può rimuovere contenuti e sospendere o chiudere account in caso di violazione, anche senza preavviso nei casi gravi.

05 Biglietti, prenotazioni e pagamenti

• I biglietti e le prenotazioni si riferiscono a eventi e servizi resi dagli Organizzatori.
• I pagamenti sono elaborati da Stripe. I prezzi mostrati includono le eventuali commissioni di servizio, indicate prima della conferma d'acquisto.
• Il biglietto è personale; il QR va esibito all'ingresso.

06 Rimborsi e cancellazioni

• Evento annullato o modificato in modo sostanziale: rimborso secondo le condizioni dell'Organizzatore e la normativa applicabile.
• Diritto di recesso: per i servizi legati al tempo libero con data specifica si applica l'esclusione ex art. 59 lett. n) Codice del Consumo.

07 Wallet e incassi degli Organizzatori

Gli Organizzatori incassano tramite Stripe Connect e devono completare la verifica dell'identità (KYC). Tempi di accredito, commissioni e obblighi fiscali sono indicati nelle condizioni del wallet.

08 Temposy Premium

Abbonamento con rinnovo automatico acquistato tramite App Store: prezzo e durata sono mostrati prima dell'acquisto; il rinnovo si disattiva dalle impostazioni dell'account Apple almeno 24 ore prima della scadenza del periodo. Per gli acquisti via Apple valgono anche i termini di Apple Media Services.

09 Temposy Business

Servizi in abbonamento per pagine business, sottoscritti via web. Condizioni e prezzi sono indicati al momento della sottoscrizione; la gestione e disdetta avvengono dal portale di fatturazione.

10 Proprietà intellettuale

Temposy, il marchio, l'app e i relativi contenuti (esclusi i contenuti degli utenti) sono di Edoardo Marceddu o dei suoi licenzianti. Nessun diritto è trasferito oltre l'uso personale del servizio.

11 Limitazioni di responsabilità

Il servizio è fornito con la diligenza professionale dovuta; non garantiamo continuità assoluta né l'esattezza dei contenuti pubblicati da utenti e Organizzatori. Gli eventi sono organizzati e resi dagli Organizzatori, responsabili del loro svolgimento. Nulla in questi termini limita i diritti inderogabili del consumatore.

12 Modifiche al servizio e ai termini

Possiamo aggiornare il servizio e questi termini; le modifiche sostanziali saranno comunicate con congruo preavviso in app o via email. L'uso successivo del servizio vale come accettazione.

13 Legge applicabile e foro

Legge italiana. Per i consumatori: foro del luogo di residenza o domicilio del consumatore.

01 Who we are and what these terms cover

The Temposy service (mobile app and website) is provided by Edoardo Marceddu, email support@temposy.com. By using Temposy you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

02 The service

Temposy is a platform to discover events and moments, book and purchase tickets, communicate with other users and share content. Some features are offered by business pages run by third-party organizers ("Organizers").

03 Account

• Minimum age: 16 years.
• You must provide truthful information and keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for the activity on your account.
• You can delete your account on your own under Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is irreversible.

04 User content and rules of conduct

• By publishing content (posts, photos, stories, messages, reviews) you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host and display it within the service. Your content remains yours.
• Zero tolerance for unlawful, offensive, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit or violent content or behaviour, or content that infringes the rights of others. Spam, impersonation, harvesting other people's data and abusive automated systems are not allowed.
• Tools available to you: reporting of any content or chat, blocking of users, in-app support. Reports are handled by our moderation team, which may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts in case of violations, including without notice in serious cases.

05 Tickets, bookings and payments

• Tickets and bookings relate to events and services provided by the Organizers.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Displayed prices include any service fees, which are shown before you confirm the purchase.
• Tickets are personal; the QR code must be shown at the entrance.

06 Refunds and cancellations

• If an event is cancelled or substantially changed: refunds are handled according to the Organizer's conditions and applicable law.
• Right of withdrawal: for leisure services with a specific date, the exclusion under Art. 59(n) of the Italian Consumer Code applies.

07 Wallet and Organizer payouts

Organizers receive payouts through Stripe Connect and must complete identity verification (KYC). Payout timing, fees and tax obligations are set out in the wallet conditions.

08 Temposy Premium

Auto-renewable subscription purchased through the App Store: price and duration are shown before purchase; auto-renewal can be turned off from your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. For purchases made through Apple, the Apple Media Services terms also apply.

09 Temposy Business

Subscription services for business pages, purchased on the web. Conditions and prices are shown at the time of subscription; management and cancellation are handled through the billing portal.

10 Intellectual property

Temposy, its trademark, the app and related content (excluding user content) belong to Edoardo Marceddu or its licensors. No rights are transferred beyond personal use of the service.

11 Limitation of liability

The service is provided with due professional diligence; we do not guarantee absolute continuity nor the accuracy of content published by users and Organizers. Events are organized and delivered by the Organizers, who are responsible for holding them. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

12 Changes to the service and to these terms

We may update the service and these terms; substantial changes will be communicated with reasonable notice in the app or by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.

13 Governing law and jurisdiction

Italian law. For consumers: the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile.
