Terms of use
These terms govern only the use of this page and joining the Temposy waitlist. Temposy is not yet a live service — there is no account, purchase or service contract here. The Temposy app terms will be provided separately at launch. By using this page or signing up, you accept the following.
01 What this page is
This page presents Temposy and lets you join the waitlist ahead of launch. It does not provide a live service.
The features described (e.g. events, moments, Premium subscription, badge) are under development: they may change, be delayed or never be released. Nothing on this page is a contractual commitment to provide a service.
02 Joining the waitlist
- By leaving your email you join the waitlist and express interest. It is not a purchase, a booking or a contract.
- You declare that the email is yours or that you are authorised to use it, and that you are at least 16 years old.
- The data you enter must be truthful. You can ask to be removed from the list at any time.
03 Launch benefits (pioneers, Premium, badge)
The announced benefits — for example the "first 500 pioneers", the 3 months of Premium or the badge — are promotional initiatives tied to the launch. They are conditional on the service actually going live, may vary in their details, and do not constitute a binding offer or an acquired right until Temposy launches.
The "500" figure and the "spots left" indicator are indicative and serve to communicate the limited availability of the initiative.
04 No payment
This page does not collect payments or payment data. You will never be asked to pay to join the waitlist.
05 Acceptable use
By using the page you agree not to:
- enter false data or another person's data without authorisation;
- use it for unlawful purposes or to send spam;
- attempt to compromise its security or to alter/falsify the metrics (e.g. automated sign-ups).
06 Intellectual property
The Temposy name, logo, copy, graphics and design on this page are protected and remain our property. You may not reuse or reproduce them without our written authorisation.
07 Availability and changes
This page is provided "as is". We may modify, suspend or withdraw it at any time and without notice, even without proceeding to launch.
08 Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for temporary unavailability of the page or for indirect damages arising from the use of this informational content. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
09 Privacy
The processing of data collected through this page is described in the Privacy notice, compliant with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
10 Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the courts of Milan, save for mandatory consumer-protection rules that designate the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile.
